Truthfully, I had gone to the LA BTS popup for the brand and was sorely disappointed. After initially being greeted when we entered, my friend and I were ignored the rest of our time. There was one person walking around and restocking while three others manned the counter. I stood in line with the items I wanted to purchase, but the entire time, no one acknowledged us. All three in the front were conversing with the people in front of us, but no one made an effort to at least show they noticed we were waiting.
The man walking around restocking would look at us each time he passed but also made no effort to assist us in any way.
We stood there for a long amount of time, being ignored, never having been helped while walking around the store, until finally we gave up. No one said a word as they saw me putting away the things I had picked out or even as we left the store.
It was an abominable experience, especially from a brand I love. It won’t stop me from purchasing in the future, but I hope some customer service training is implemented for in-store staff to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future.
I’ll keep my support to your online shop from now on.

T-shirt is very good quality cotton and heavy weight. The collar feels very lux and high quality. The sizing is very oversized and loose. If you’re not looking for an oversized baggy fit, recommend that you size down.
