South Korea-born Jun Sung Ahn (aka @JuNCurryAhn) is a distinguished musician blogger on Youtube who brings a different taste of musical talent to the online community. Jun, a classically trained violinist, began Youtube in 2011 by uploading violin covers of famous pop songs. His uploads quickly gained attention, and covers like Eminem’s “Lighters” featuring Bruno Mars & Royce Da 5’9 and Disney’s Frozen “Let It Go” easily gained views in the millions. With close to 1 million subscribers, Jun is known to add a twist to the violin performance scene by incorporating dance choreography while playing the violin. His most recently loved violin/dance cover is of KPOP band BTS's hit song "Fire".
In Spring 2016, JunCurryAhn teamed up with KORELIMITED in the production of his biggest video project -- BTS's "Fire". KORELIMITED apparel was sponsored throughout the video as the style and designs were a perfect fit for the video concept. Following this successful shoot, the KORELIMITED x CURRYAHN collaboration design launched in early June and immediately received an immense amount of attention. Inspired by today’s generation in modern hip-hop culture, the '93' shirt design incorporates KORELIMITED's signature K on the front chest pocket and 'CURRYAHN' with '93' (Jun's birth year) on the back. This simple jersey design has been widely favored among both KORELIMITED and JuNCurryAhn fans.
